This accessibility statement applies to the Incluziv SaaS solution provided by Incluziv Limited.
This SaaS solution has been designed and built by Incluziv Limited. We would like as many people as possible to use the SaaS solution. To help us to do this, we have worked to make this SaaS solution as accessible as possible within the limitations of a SaaS solution, used by many different organisations (subscribers). Each subscriber has the ability to change fonts and colours to suit their own accessibility requirements. For the elements that remain constant, it should mean that the user should be able to:
We’ve also made the solution text as simple as possible to understand, allowing for the fact that it is an industry specific solution.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
If you need information on this SaaS solution in a different format like accessible PDF, large print or have any difficulty in viewing the videos or other content then please email us at support@incluziv.co.uk. We will consider your request and get back to you in five working days.
We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this SaaS solution. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, please send an email to support@incluziv.co.uk including a link to the relevant web page.
For Incluziv subscribers where this applies, this is a white label SaaS solution and whilst the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing Public Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’) you are requested to email your concerns to support@incluziv.co.uk in the first instance. If you’re not happy with how Incluziv respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Incluziv Limited is committed to making the white label SaaS solution accessible, within the limitations of a SaaS solution and in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
The content uploaded onto the platform is done so from multiple sources and is therefore unable to be standardised in any way. A standardised solution has been considered however, it would deter too many users from uploading content into the SaaS solution as everyone users different font’s, logo’s and colours.
Video streams do not have captions. We do not plan to add captions to video streams because video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.
